Charles "Chuck" O. Riegel, 64, of Hudson, passed away Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at Columbia Memorial Hospital. Chuck was born in Hudson on December 21, 1949 to the late Roland and Elizabeth Riegel. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He was a certified welder for over 27 years at WB McGuire's. He was a life member of the NRA and the North American Hunt Club, an avid hunter and fisherman, and was a certified gun smith X2. Chuck is survived by his devoted wife, Theresa (Rogers) Riegel of Hudson; his loving siblings, William Riegel, Sr., Rosemarie Coons, Betty Lou Meltz, and David Riegel, Sr.; many nieces and nephews, several Godchildren, and his special dog, Theodore. Calling hours are 1:30 - 3:00 pm Saturday at the Bates & Anderson - Redmond & Keeler Funeral Home. Services will follow at 3:00 pm at the funeral home.
