Gladys M. Drobnicki, 79, of Hudson passed away Sunday June 17, at Westchester Medical Center after a long illness. Born October 31, 1938 in Hudson, she is the daughter of Clinton and Rose (McManus) Herring. Gladys was a loving mother, wife, grandmother and great grandmother. Her family was always top priority. She also loved to cook, and was a faithful member of the Pentecostal Gospel Lighthouse Church in Stottville for over 30 years. Left to cherish her memory are children Veronica Mercuri, Walter Drobnicki III, Loretta Accomanno and Kim Herring, also 13 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, sisters Jill Weideman and Carolyn Prystajko, along with several nieces and nephews. Gladys was predeceased by her parents, husband Walter Drobnicki Jr. and siblings Marie Walski and Clinton Herring Jr. Funeral services will be Friday at 1:00pm from the Bates & Anderson Redmond & Keeler Funeral Home. Visitation from 11:00am-1:00pm will precede the funeral service. Interment will be in Cedar Park Cemetery.
