Joyce M. Hotaling, 63, of Claverack, passed away January 21, 2020 at Albany Medical Center. She was born on September 4, 1956 to the late William and Mary (Proper) Hotaling. Joyce is survived by her brothers; Donald and his wife Jennifer, William and his wife Sally, and her sister and brother in law Dorothy and John Dallessandro, Also two nieces and two nephews. In addition to her good friends; Nadine Casey and Valerie Reed. She was predeceased by her parents and brother; Bruce Hotaling. Graveside services will take place in West Taghkanic Cemetery in the spring.
